Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number. If additional assistance is needed, please contact us and we will gladly help.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

Digital Products

Digital products, including downloadable files, journals, PNG designs, templates, and other digital content, are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

Access instructions are provided immediately after purchase through your order confirmation or download link.
