Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Divine Creations by SD. Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund policy before making a purchase.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- PNG files
- Digital journals
- Canva access PDFs
- Printable products
- Digital planners
- Templates
- Instant downloads
Once a digital file has been delivered or accessed, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations can be provided
If you experience any issues downloading your purchase, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.
Handmade & Physical Products
We accept returns on eligible physical products within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:
- Unused
- In their original condition
- Returned in the original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Digital downloads
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet begun.
Once an order has entered production, has been handcrafted, or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been approved.
